Perhaps this vehicle has a valid handicapped parking permit (one of those rear view mirror hanging tags, can’t tell from the pic), and perhaps the actual handicapped spot was taken when this vehicle arrived. Doesn’t excuse the person taking up the wheelchair ramp space, thats what all that blue buffer space is for in [...]
